What does the Third rule in the Time Monitor Indicate?

Modified on Thu, 12 May, 2022 at 10:38 PM

Rule 3 of the Time Monitor feature states: Highlight with selected Row and Font Color when the Timer exceeds X mins of allocated slot duration.

For eg; if your Row Color is Purple and Font Color is Black, when the Timer reaches 'X' minutes then that particular name will be highlighted with Purple color with Black Fonts. These color settings will persist until Rule 4 is applied.

How it will work: If John Doe has a Time slot booked as Thursday 12:00-12:20 (English). This slot is a 20-minute duration. If on Rule 3, you have mentioned 0mins (where X is), then the rule will apply when John Doe's Timer reaches 20 mins. At 20 mins (which exceeds '0' minutes of the 20 minutes slot duration), the Row will be Highlighted in Purple with Black Fonts. This will persists until Rule 4 applies.

Remember: This is not a mandatory rule. There is an enabled/disabled toggle button which can be used to use this rule.
