What if the duration entered in the 3rd and 4th rules are the same?

In the Time Monitor settings if in the 3rd and 4th rule the duration entered is the same then the 4th rule will take precedence.

To use both Rule 3 and Rule 4, the time entered should be of different duration. Rule 4 also cannot be of a lesser duration than Rule 3. If that is the case Rule 4 will take precedence and Rule 3 will be ignored.
