How can I add a new Staff member?

You can add a new Staff member by clicking People >> Staff >> New Staff Click Here. Enter Staff details and Save. The new staff member will be added to the GeniusOne® system. Once added you can then create staff schedules by clicking on the menu bar on the right-hand side against the name of the Staff.  Select View Schedule from the menu.  Under the View Schedule page, the entire schedule of the staff will be displayed. To add a new schedule for the staff click New Schedule

 


Remember: You can check in and check out staff using the QR code or manually through the Today Staff View once their schedules are created.
