Once you register with GeniusOne® you get your login credentials through email which is used for first-time login. It is always recommended to change the password after you log in for the first time. Password can be changed by selecting the Name of your business which is on the top-right corner of the home page and then selecting the change password option. Once the password is changed you can use it next time for signing into the GeniusOne® system.
Remember: You can only change the password, the username remains the same. The username is your GeniusID which is assigned by the GeniusOne® system
