Premium service is one-time paid service (in addition to your yearly subscription) where you can enjoy the benefits of on-going one-on-one training for you and your staff, system setup and initial data upload, Priority and Weekend support . You can see all the benefits included in the premium service by going to Subscriptions & Add-ons under the Business name on the top right corner of the home page. The Premium service can be purchased at any time during your subscription period and is an additional service on top of your yearly subscription.
