How do Parents see the Tickets for Events?

Parents will get notifications when you create tickets for a published event. Whenever you create a ticket you need to make sure that the Event is published for parents to view in the Parent App. If the Event is not published, parents will not get notifications when tickets are added to the event.



Remember: The Global Notifications toggle button has to be on for parents to receive the Notifications from GeniusOne®.
