GeniusOne ® helps you maintain the inventory/resources of your education center with an easy-to-use Resource Management feature. Resource Management can keep track of resources like Answer Books, Reading Books, and other digital and non-digital resources. It works similarly to a library system where resources can be lent out and recorded on the system. They can then be checked back in once they are returned.
Every time an item is lent out or returned back, a notification is sent to the parent to let them know. This helps parents keep track of resources lent to their child(ren).
Remember: Each item in the inventory is given a unique QR code by the GeniusOne ® system that can be used to track the items.
