How do I create Staff Schedule?

Once you have added a staff member you can then create staff schedules by clicking on the menu bar on the right-hand side against the name of the Staff. Select View Schedule from the menu. Under the View Schedule page, the entire schedule of the staff will be displayed. To add a new schedule for the staff click New Schedule



You can create a schedule for any number of days. Just input the Start and End Date and the Start and End Time for the staff for whom the schedule is being created. In the next row choose the days that the Staff is working. Then click on ADD


The system will automatically create the schedule based on the date, time, and days that are specified. You will now have an option to delete or edit any dates or times. Once done you can Save this schedule. You can check the box 'Notify Staff' (before saving) which will then email the schedule to the Staff. 



Remember: A new schedule can be added anytime without deleting or modifying the old schedule.
