Broadcast is a feature that gives you a unique way to send messages to multiple users at the same time. It is a powerful feature that allows you to format and share your message just like sending an email including an attachment. Broadcasts also allow you to send Links that can be opened from within the GeniusOne® Parent App. You can make use of our Template feature that eliminates the need to rewrite your message every time. Just click on the 'USE' Button to use the template message and the entire messaging along with the format will be copied into the New Broadcast page. You can then select Students and/or Groups that you want the message to be sent.
Remember: Broadcasts, unlike other Notifications in GeniusOne®, are also delivered as an email to the Parent. This ensures guaranteed delivery of your message provided all parents are set up with the correct email address. A parent will receive the Broadcast even if they have not downloaded the parent app.
