How can I Broadcast a message?

You can send messages instantly to multiple users by using this simple yet powerful feature. Simply click on the left Menu and select Broadcast and Chats → New Broadcast.Click Here A window will open for you to select the options you want. You can search for and select a Template or simply write your own message with a Title. You can also add an attachment that can be a pdf, document, an excel worksheet, image, or video. Then select the student(s) or Group(s) that you want the message to be sent to.

Remember: You can also send the broadcast to 5 'unregistered' email addresses by adding them to the Extra Recipients box. Unregistered means the e-mail address is not linked to any student. This helps you to test your message or send it to a new parent/student who has not yet been onboarded to GeniusOne ®.
