Yes, you can take a backup of your Broadcast history.Click on Broadcast & Chats->Broadcast History-> Export Click Here.An excel file with the historical data will be downloaded to your system.
Remember: If you wish you can delete historical Broadcast messages. This is also a good practice to de-clutter your broadcast history as this will improve system performance and load times. Select the dates for which you need to delete the broadcast.
- Individual Broadcast message cannot be deleted.
- You cannot delete any broadcast which falls within the 30-day time period to prevent recent messages from being deleted.
- The deleted messages are also removed from the Parent Mobile App.
