Acceptance Monitoring in GeniusOne® is a feature that allows you to take 'Acceptance' or 'Agreement' of the file or the content you have shared in your Broadcast message. It gives you a confirmation from the parents of whether they have read the information sent to them. The monitoring system allows you to track which parents have Accepted/Agreed so that appropriate follow-up can be done. You can also send a one-click reminder (as a Push Notification) to all parents who haven't Accepted/Agreed to the message.
To send 'Acceptance/Agreement' with your Broadcast message, you need to enable the 'Acceptance Required' switch when sending your Broadcast message. The switch is found when you click on the Attachment icon
Remember: 'Acceptance Required' Broadcast can only be sent to registered parents on GeniusOne®. It cannot be sent to unregistered e-mails. You should also have at least 1 Acceptance Credit to send an Acceptance Required Broadcast Message
