The Timeslot feature provided by GeniusOne® allows you to create and publish class schedules. It allows you to quickly create a schedule by providing start and end times for your day, adding the duration of each slot that you desire, and a buffer between slots, if required. Once created, the slots can then be assigned to students or published to parents for them to request their convenient slot through the Parent App.
Once the parents select the Timeslot, they appear as a Timeslot request on the GeniusOne® Web. You can then Accept or Reject the request as required. If the request is accepted then that particular slot will be assigned to the child for whom the slot was requested and the parent will receive a notification of acceptance.
Remember: Publishing Timeslot to parents is optional. You can assign students to the Timeslot directly from the GeniusOne® Web panel.
