In how many ways can I Assign Timeslots to Students?

The center can assign Timeslots to students in two ways:

Option 1 Publishing Timeslots to Parents

Publishing Timeslots to the Parent Mobile App and allowing parents to request the time of their choice. The request then comes back to you for Approval. You can manage the capacity of each slot so only a certain number of requests are raised. The capacity can be increased or decreased based on your needs. Please note however that the capacity cannot be lower than the number of students already assigned to the slot. 

You can Publish Timeslots by using the Toggle in the 'Publish' column next to the Timeslot. Moving the Toggle will Publish or unpublish the desired timeslot. To learn more Click here.

Option 2 Assign Students directly to the Timeslot

You can directly assign students to the Timeslot without publishing to Parents. Assigning a Timeslot will send out a Notification to the Parent about the Timeslot assignment. This is a good way to keep the Parents updated on what Timeslots are assigned to their child(ren).

To assign slots to students click Lesson Scheduling >> TimeSlots >> View Slot Assignment. Then click on Assign student, select the student that you want to assign, and click on Assign. You can select multiple students and assign them to the Timelslot all at once.

Once assigned the status of the 'Timeslot Status' in the Student section will be changed to Assigned
