Can I Broadcast a message to emails that are not added or registered with the centre?

If you wish to send a Broadcast to emails not added to GeniusOne® you have the option of adding these external emails in the Extra Recipients text box provided at the end of the New Broadcast page. 

You will need to select at least one registered student or a Group before adding any unregistered recipients otherwise your broadcast will not deliver to the unregistered recipients.

Remember: You can send Broadcast to 5 unregistered email addresses at a time separating each one with a comma (,). All types of broadcast messages can be sent to unregistered emails except the ones where 'Acceptance' of the message is required.
