Generally GeniusOne ® supports all file formats which are used as attachments in Broadcast. You can send documents and media file like - PDF, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Images (jpeg and png), GIFs and Video files in MP4 format. Sending of Audio files is not supported at this time.
