Can I Delete a Parent or Guardian from the Family?

Yes, GeniusOne® allows you to Delete a Parent or Guardian from a Family. To Delete the Parent or Guardian from the Family you need to click on the Delete Symbol in front of the Parent or Guardian name. Before Deleting it from the System, GeniusOne® will ask for a final confirmation, If you select "YES" the Parent or Guardian will be deleted from the family.

Remember: You cannot delete the Parent or Guardian which has been Tagged as Primary. There should be at least one Parent or Guardian tagged to a family as all family details are identified through the primary parent email.

If you want to Delete a Primary Parent, you would need to swap another Parent/Guardian to make them a Primary parent. If no other Parent or Guardian is added, then you would need to add at least one additional parent or guardian and make it a Primary Contact.
