Can a family, parent or student be deactivated from GeniusOne?

Yes, a family that is currently not associated with the centre can be permanently deleted or temporarily deactivated from GeniusOne®. Inactive parents/guardians will not receive any notifications and/or emails from GeniusOne®. It is also not possible to send/receive chat messages from inactive Parents.
